Music & Media chwaliło utwór za „chwytliwy refren i (…) natychmiast rozpoznawalną melodię”.
Teledysk do „Freedom” wyreżyserował Frank Paul Husmann-Labusga. Husmann-Labusga wyreżyserował także teledyski do „ Let the Dream Come True ” i „ There Is a Party ”.
